We have service bi-monthly but Scott has told us that if we have any issues, he would respond promptly. To my recollection, that has only happened one time in all the years (6+) that Scott has serviced our residence. In addition to pestcontrol, we also have him service our yard for weeds twice a year.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are inline or cheaper than most of our competitors. We do not have much overhead costs, so we are able to offer competitive pricing!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Qualified Applicator Certification license with the Office of Pest Management. License number is 31490. I am licensed in category 1- Industrial & Institutional. 2A- Wood Destroying (Treat). 3- Ornamental & Turf. 4- Right-of-Way. Please refer to opm.azda.gov
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I originally worked in the HVAC industry. When the economy took a dive back in 2008, I got laid off in December of 2009. I knew a couple of guys in the pest control industry. With the extreme temperatures especially in the summer I knew this would be a good industry to get into. Arizona has a lot of bugs, so pest control is in high demand. I knew this is what I wanted to do in order to support my family. I started in this industry working with a big company, then I went to work for my old boss before starting my own company.
