I used the Thumbtack app for the first time and had an excellent experience. Rivas Property Service responded quickly and answered all my questions right away. He came out promptly, completed all the tasks in a timely manner, and clearly explained what caused the damage.
He fixed the problem and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. His rates were very fair, and he was extremely professional with excellent communication skills. He also came fully prepared with all the tools and parts needed to complete the job.
