- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I bid a project I try and keep my prices reasonable. I will discount jobs for someone with disabilities/ military / government and state agencies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a time to meet to discuss the project/ s. Put a plan in action and see if we can come to an agreement. Then after this I strive to do the best job for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The training I have retained over the years I have learned from the older generation in this line of work. I feel honored to have been able to learn from these gentlemen and ladies.
