My experience with H&M has been very positive. I needed a cleaning service weekly to start and Heather has been very accommodating, shows up as promised. Everything is cleaned to my satisfaction. She is very thorough. Communication is top notch. Heather makes sure I am satisfied, asks for any specific cleaning requests and keeps in touch regarding arrival each week. I definitely recommend H&M.

I needed a deep cleaning done in a quick time frame so I could move into a new house. Heather was very accommodating and worked with my scheduling needs. Unfortunately, the house didn't have power for the first couple of hours, but her and her team worked around it and diligently worked while I got the power back on. Heather guarantees her work and offers to come back if there are needed touch ups within 24hrs. Heather and her team work hard and it shows in the quality of work. I will definitely use their services again in the future.
