Introduction: Desert Structural is a full-service structural engineering firm offering consulting and AutoCAD services to all aspects of the construction industry. Desert Structural has expanded its operations throughout Arizona. Our company's focus is centered on residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial design. Our principal has over 10 years of design and construction experience. From large-scale projects, such as multi-story office buildings, to small-scale, such as commercial and residential remodels projects, Desert Structural can accommodate the needs of any client. Our engineering expertise applies to wood, masonry, reinforced concrete, pre-stressed concrete, post-tension design, light gauge and structural steel and composite steel-concrete, to name a few. We have designed and inspected and certified the installation of hundreds of solar panel and solar water heater mounting systems over the past several years as the industry continues to grow and expand. We provide site-specific engineering for each customer, and adapt our designs based on the customer’s needs. We have provided designs for municipalities, businesses, as wells as individual homeowners. We also have a specialized inspection staff with thousands of hours of experience dealing with foundation, wall and roof framing issues that arise during new and resale properties. Foundation certification for manufactured homes, located throughout Arizona, also can be accommodated by our staff. Our professional team is fast, thorough and responsive.
