- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are typically lower than most companies because I’m a small family owned business and don’t have all the overhead. I also back my work and if there is ever an issue, i immediately come out to fix.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them at their home so they can tell me exactly what they are looking for, I hand them a business card, walk the project, then send them an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 17 years of training and continuing education.
