Alvaro arrived exactly on time, asked all the right questions to understand the thermostat issue we had, then immediately addressed it in little time. He took the time to make sure that everything worked properly with both heat and cooling. Understandably, he offered their annual maintenance plan but he never pressured us to buy in. If I have another HVAC issue, I will not hesitate to call Sonoran Sun.
