After my son was arrested, and we were facing an extremely difficult case against him. As a parent, you know the good in your kids and sometimes they make dumb choices. It seems that now-a-days, the police and society are all too willing to charge a juvenile with charges that could ruin any chance of them having a future. What young teenage boy is thinking rationally at this age?
My spouse and I sat down with Dana, and informed him of the circumstances surrounding this case. He listened and took notes for about 30 minutes. He didn't promise us anything but that this was going to be difficult for everyone. He also referred us to an awesome counselor for our son.
After 7 months we had our case dismissed! What joy and relief we felt, and now we can begin to truly heal. I am so thankful that I came in contact with Dana. I was a difficult decision to hire him, as he was the most expensive lawyer we talked to, but like most things in life you get what you pay for.

I had an extremely complicated DUI. I had all kinds of attorneys telling me how easy this would be and gave a cheap prices. I had one attorney on thumbtack quote me $900 for my DUI.
I wanted my DUI dropped! Mr. Hogle did just that. It wan't easy and I am sure he spent a lot of time getting the facts and evidence from the police, but he got the job done. So glad I found him!

I highly recommend Dana Hogle as a criminal law attorney – he is a genius in the courthouse. He has a great relationship with many of the other lawyers, judges, and courthouse workers.
Dana represented me earlier this year and I was extremely impressed with him. He handled my case very professionally – was straight forward and honest with his game plane, while being respectful and understanding. As a result, my case was DISMISSED!!
