I have over 14 years of experience. I work primarily as a criminal defense attorney handling misdemeanor and felony matters in state courts throughout Arizona. I am a solo practitioner, so I am completely independent, enjoying complete freedom to set my own schedule. This allows for a strong personal connection between the attorney and client because I make myself accessible to the clients on their schedule rather than my own. Though each case is unique, and each result is bound to the law and specific facts, the attorney-client relationship is what matters. Treating my clients with respect and compassion is how I make a difference.
I love what I do. Every day I enjoy a new challenge, but with each challenge I have the opportunity to serve a new client. As a result, I have the opportunity to service and represent amazing people.

My DUI was extremely complicated and took a huge toll on my life. I had never been in trouble with the law and was very confused and scared of my charges I was facing. After speaking with Matt Hayes Law PLC, he was able to break things down in a way I can understand and give me a sense of hope for my case. If you are looking for someone who is looking for your best interest and willing to actually listen to your needs and worries during a difficult situation this is the right attorney for you. He also provides you his contact information where he can be reached at all times unlike some attorneys who youll leave a voicemail for and never get a return phone call or sometimes one or two days which can be very frustrating. Overall I would say he is a great attorney, very knowledgable and I would highly recommend to family and friends.

Unlike myself with writing a review Matt was very prompt he was very courteous very professional and Matt was very upfront about the cost and what he thought he could do for my case. When I did speak with Matt I was very upset regarding the situation and Matt was very kind calming and a shirt me everything was going to be ok and he would try to help as much as he could. Not really shows that he cares about his clients and loves his job helping others and making sure that he attends to their needs and answers every question so that they understand. I would really recommend If you want to I dentify with somebody and you want somebody to understand you I would really give Matt a call. His prices are very affordable compared to other places that I have called and spoke with. matt has called me and checked in with me regarding my case and promptly gets back to you or let you know when he can get back to you. I would like to say thank you Matt for everything that you have done for me and my family and answering my questions to where I can understand....
