When thinking of needing a lawyer the process can seem daunting. At least it was in my case, I had a husband who wouldn't divorce me, wouldn't pay child support and was an all around bully. Billie and Kylie took my case and completely handled the entire situation.They defended my almost three year old son and fought for his rights. A champion is defined as this: a person who fights or argues for a cause or on behalf of someone else. Kylie was my son and I's champion, she stayed classy, organized and made sure that the law was upheld. Kylie took any kind of feed back or concern and faced it head on. They gave me realistic expectation's but when trial came Kylie was nothing less than awesome. The dictionary defines superlative: of the highest quality or degree: a superlative piece of skill. That is what I would say about the Modern Law Team, Billie, and Kylie. The highest quality, Surpassing all else. Now, sadly my case will probably continue until my son is 18 which is 15 short years away, but I am confident that I have found the highest quality team to continue to navigate this case.

I am a single Mom, with a completed case that only a firm specializing in family law, and understanding of my situation would've been able to address. I had made more than a dozen literal phone calls to other attorney's, looked online, did everything suggested to me, and almost gave up, until I stumbled upon Modern Law... What an answer to prayer. I have family and friends of whom practice other areas of law. So I knew that I needed to trust my attorney and I feel comfortable with they're knowledge in family law and with handling my case with y concerns. Well Modern Law has been nothing short of a God send. Before deciding to put my trust in their hands, I looked up their site, and felt connected, like it was more "personal approached help" rather than a "business contract." From the beginning the staff has been amazing. And getting the brief info on my attorney Darin helped me feel comfortable going into my initial consultation. Never once did it cross my mind that Darin wouldn't be able to handle my case. He actually puts a lot more time into his work than most. I have advised him on several occasions to take a break. But that just goes to show his dedication and devotion to his clients and the firm. A success driven person like him will make a good attorney for many more years. As with any case and every attorney we can't expect everything to go how we want at a drop of a dime. Its not just about us... Lawyers have other clients as well, not mention a life outside the firm. If they didn't I suggest looking elsewhere... With that being said... I understand that Darin is busy and can't always get back to me the same day I contact him, and I'm ok with that. Because I trust that with time, greatness is created. If you are dealing with case in family law and your unsure of yourself, maybe you lack confidence, or you feel over whelmed such as I did. Give Modern Law a chance, what harm would it do to take but an hour to speak with an attorney on your case. Remember its not just about a "business contract" it's about a firm that's cares to your case as being personal. Dealing with case in family law shouldn't be taken with anything less than. I can't thank them enough. I rate them 99.9% only because I wish I would've found them before wasting my time and money with other lawyers who weren't any bit caring of my complex complicated case. Darin and Modern Law will devote their time and energy more so than the average firm to give you the courage and confidence to face your case with a profound strength.
