Top Notch came out to inspect our unit and said that we needed a blower motor and we needed a coil cleaning. Upon going up to see the alleged dirty indoor coils in person, they were very obviously not dirty at all. The service folks also decided it would be nice to leave the disconnect block in the off position when they left, which disabled the unit entirely for an intermittent problem. I had to get out the ladder and go up to turn the disconnect block around to get the unit to run again. To add insult to injury they diagnosed the issue incorrectly as well, they said we needed a blower motor and cap and it turns out it was the control board(had a broken solder joint on the back, one of the relay pins was not connected well). I fixed it myself by putting in a new control board. There have been no further issues with the unit and it has been several weeks. I would not recommend these folks, sorry.

Intermitent issues are the hardest to diagnose. Especially in a circuit board. It didnt help that i was treated poorly. Glad its fixed.

Quick service, I called and the tech was here in thirty mins! Amazing! Got my air running fast. I will be calling them back for the $40 A/c check up this fall.

I have been using Joe's services for 3 seasons now. Great service at a fair price. He has even come out on Sunday and not charged any extra for the call.

Our A/C went out twice in a matter of 2 months and Joe was very proficient in getting it fixed quickly. We have two young children and he knew the importance of having it working. We highly recommend Joe and his services and will continue to call him when we need him
