Before contracting "Drone As A Service" for an updated property survey that we needed in the Sale of our house and land, I had reached out to several other landSurveying firms for some quotes for a Mortgage survey. Not only was their proposal significantly more cost-effective, but the detail of the survey and how they measured my house and land was nothing short of "Top Notch"! They were able to come out ( the same week) that I had initially reached out for service but also FLEW and robotically collected all of the data needed for my property, with the latest "State-of-the-art" technology, in the equipment and drones they used. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We calculate our bids based on an approximation of how many hours the job should take based on the scope of work discussed. Should the scope of work expand due to reasons beyond our control, additional hourly fees may result.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most landowners hire a surveyor only once or twice in their lifetime. I am available to offer advice and/or educate the client about the survey process as needed to make the job go smoothly with no surprises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the land surveying profession for 35 years. I began as a rodman and worked my way up to the Management position I hold today. I am a Registered Land Surveyor in Arkansas and Arizona.
