FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm always upfront on pricing! After I'm done with my work then they would pay me. I only get paid after they are satisfied with all my work! This is the way I would want it if I hired someone!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-We set up a time to meet -They show me what they want. -I give them suggestions as we walk threw their place. -I measure and take notes. -Within an hour of leaving I send a price quote and notes on what they want done to them. -I write them to tell them please feel free to ask me questions. -I don’t pressure them. They have to fell right with who they want in their home. -I don’t get paid till a job is done. And done right. -We take cash check and credit cards. -I try to make it as easily I can for them. Repainting your whole house turns your life upside down till the work is done. I clean up everyday so you can live while all this is going on. -I’m very easy going. So changes can be made threw out the whole project if you want
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well it started around when I was 17. My Father was a handyman and was from the old school way of thinking. ‘’DO A GOOD HARD DAYS WORK FOR SOMEONE AND YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE WORK’’ He showed me to be honest and to do things perfect. And if you feel you can’t do a job. Then be upfront and tell your customer.
