Well Susan and I have tons of experience dealing with shoddy work and contractors not living up to their promises. We have even had to go to ROC to resolve some contractor issues. BUT NOT WITH MIKE! We have worked with Mike and his team on 3 large projects so far, including 2 bathroom remodels ( design, demo, tile, drywall, fixtures, plumbing, glass, paint and trim) and a nearly complete downstairs refresh (demo, drywall, framing, paint, electrical, stacked stone tile and AMAZING trim work baseboard and crown). Communication started at the estimates and continued throughout the projects. He and his team were always here as promised. Professional and polite, respectful of our home. Dun-Away attention to the details is spot on, they fixed other contractors marginal (at best) work to make it right! They worked hard and cleaned up every single day. We are still continuing with more renovations and I already know who we are going to call to do the work for us. We set our expectations high and Dun-Away delivers value and quality! Thanks Mike and team!

Mark & Susan, we can't thank you enough for trusting us with your home, giving us your business and vote of confidence and most of all for becoming dear friends of ours. We can't wait to see you again and consider it a high honor to meet and work with amazing people like yourselves. We truly appreciate your kind words! Sincerely, Mike & The Dun Away Team

If you are looking for a reliable contractor for a remodel in Arizona, look no further! We were searching for demo and remodel costs when we came across Dun Away Demo and Remodel in Mesa. Without knowing the average cost to remodel or what would be involved with our project, we thought it would be best to reach out to a contractor for an estimate. Dun Away Demo and Remodel responded to our inquiry quickly to discuss our project. They provided a detailed estimate for our fireplace removal, old built-in entertainment center removal, demo and structural changes and explained the process, including what would need to be permitted by the city.Making this kind of an investment requires trust in who you hire for demolition and remodeling projects. From the initial conversation to the final finishes and cleanup, Dun Away Demo and Remodel was very professional, punctual, skilled, and they communicated every step of the way. We cant recommend this contracting company enough. If you are searching for a reliable, licensed contractor near Mesa for a home renovation, Dun Away Demo and Remodel are truly the best in Arizona!

We had our master bath renovated by this company and it is awesome! Mike was great to work with and I appreciated that everything was documented every step of the way. Initially we were told the job would take about 6 weeks but it turned out to be 4 weeks and 1 day. The subcontractors did excellent work and cleaned the area at the end of the day. There ere only a couple of days that somebody wasnt working. It was for us a very uneventful experience and one that was stress free. Nothing like I experienced in another state that was a big renovation. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company!

MIke did a master bathroom shower demo and remodel for us... twice. The first time, the cheap Amazon shower fixtures we selected broke. The quality parts Mike recommended to replace them with have worked great since. Both jobs were done professionally and turned out beautifully.
