Craig was wonderful- he’s the head manager. He actually stepped in to do the work because his technician was still working on a project that was going to take a little longer. We needed 8 bathroom faucets cartridges H&C replaced. Craig was very responsive, stayed in touch, made it within the timeframe he said and completed the job. The company’s work guarantees 2 year warranty on parts and labor.
