SVPM has managed my prop for few years now. I had been using the same PM team, but its ownership seems merged or changed 2-3 times in the last 15+yrs. Quite please with their experiences and services: from new tenant screening, repairs and maintenance, annual inspection, and lease renewal process. Line of communication keeps me up-to-date. Kudos to great team work, a special shouting to Logan.

He is friendly, knowledgeable, has great communication and always makes time to answer all of my many questions in great detail. He has provided me with helpful information all along the way and a common sense strategy for securing a tenant who will be a good fit.
