On the day I was scheduled to have our annual termite inspection performed, Brayson contacted me by text to let me know he was enroute. He arrived a few minutes early and was already inspecting when I got outside to meet him. While he was checking the in ground baits he also performed a very thorough exterior inspection. He had planned an interior inspection as well, but I told him there’s been no new activity inside. He advised me if anything did show up to call immediately! Awesome job Brayson! Great seeing you again!!!

Braden did a very thorough scheduled visit. He hit all possible “problem “ areas. He took the time to explain all the separate steps involved in their process. He also hit specific areas pointed out.

Braden did a great job completing my pest service today. I have been very happy with their customer service and all of the technicians that come to the house each month. Excellent value and service. Albert was exceptional. He was very detailed and explained the different insecticides he was going to use and what the reasons for using them was. Discussed mechanical barriers as well as the chemicals used to mitigate scorpion exposure. Lexi in the office, likewise, was very helpful and assisted in scheduling for the pest control.
