Introduction: Woods Law Group is an Arizona law firm that is dedicated to protecting our client's finances, assets, and families by creating high quality estate planning documents at an affordable price. We make planning as easy as possible. We love to help families plan so that their loved ones are protected and cared for should in the event they become incapacitated or die. Planning for the money is important, but ensuring the family maintains close bonds after the death of a loved one is much more important. Far too much fighting in families occurs after the death of a loved one and it is usually avoidable with proper planning.

I needed a gun trust FAST before the laws changed and Trent accommodated me at the last minute. He created my trust before the deadline and didn't charge me anything for the expedited service. His knowledge and experience with gun trusts is unmatched. I will be sending all of my friends to Trent.

I had several friends who lost parents over the past few months so I decided I had better finally get around to doing my own Will, just in case something were to happen. I wasn't sure where to turn so I Googled it and ended up here on Thumbtack. I spoke with two document preparers to that submitted quotes because their prices were really affordable but I just wasn't comfortable with them. I don't know what it was but some of their answers to questions seemed superficial, as if they didn't really understand the law behind it. One document prep person was better than they other but I just felt uneasy about using them to prepare my Will. I decided to give an attorney a try and chose Woods Law Group based upon the other reviews here and other places online. My experience with Trent Woods was great. When I asked questions he took the time to answer them in a great detail and really seemed to know and understand the law. He explained the pros and cons of different choices and I felt so comfortable with the decisions I made. In the end, I did a trust and a will and feel really good about that. Yes, Woods Law cost me more than the document preparers, but it was money well spent. I am confident in my plan and the document. Best of all, I have a good understanding of how my plan will work and feel peace knowing that I am really prepared if something were to happen to me. I just didn't get that feeling with the two document preparers (even though one was a paralegal). I would highly recommend people at least talk with a Trent Woods to see the difference.

I had estate documents that needed revising. I moved to another state, sold my old house and bought a new one and had some changes in relationships with family members. Trent Woods of Woods Law Group provided a free consultation and impressed me with his knowledge in this area and his reasonable fee. After consulting with me about the new arrangements and making many helpful suggestions, he revised my estate plan. He worked quickly and efficiently and was on time for all meetings. I would recommend him for anyone in need of estate planning or contemplating revisions to an existing estate plan.
