- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Armani Romeo Home Services, we believe in straightforward, upfront pricing with no surprises. Handyman Service Pricing • Minimum Service Call: $150 Our $150 minimum covers the initial service visit and up to the first hour of labor. • Additional Labor: $80/hour After the first hour, additional labor is billed at $80 per hour. • 30-Minute Increments: $40 After the first hour, additional time may be billed in 30-minute increments, so you only pay for the time needed to complete your project. Materials & Parts Materials, fixtures, hardware, specialty supplies, and other project-specific items are additional unless specifically included in your written quote. Larger Projects For larger repairs, installations, remodeling projects, or projects involving multiple trades, we may provide a fixed-price estimate instead of hourly pricing. Photos and a detailed description of your project are always appreciated and can help us provide a more accurate estimate before scheduling. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and designed to make your project as stress-free as possible. First, we’ll discuss your project and ask for any helpful details, photos, measurements, or information you can provide. For many smaller handyman projects, this allows us to give you a good idea of pricing and what will be needed before we arrive. For larger or more involved projects, we may schedule an on-site visit so we can properly evaluate the work and provide an accurate estimate. Once the scope and pricing are agreed upon, we’ll schedule a convenient time to complete the work. We arrive prepared, communicate throughout the project, protect your home and work area, and clean up when the job is complete. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable knowing what is being done, why it’s being done, and what it will cost. At Armani Romeo Home Services, we believe great service is about more than fixing something—it’s about building relationships with homeowners who know they have someone they can call when their home needs a little help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background combines formal technical education with more than 20 years of hands-on construction, remodeling, repair, and project management experience, beginning in 2005. I completed HVAC/R and Electrical training through National Technical Institute (NTI), where I received technical education in residential mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting, service, safety, and proper trade practices. Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience with residential remodeling, including kitchens and bathrooms, carpentry, drywall and texture, painting, tile, doors and trim, plumbing and electrical fixture installation, home repairs, maintenance, and general construction. My experience also extends into commercial construction, where I have both performed work on and managed numerous commercial tenant improvement projects, including large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $1 million. My management responsibilities have included coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors, working with plans and specifications, scheduling, budgeting, material coordination, quality control, troubleshooting jobsite challenges, and helping ensure projects were completed efficiently and to a high standard. I’ve also worked as a Lead Technician in the home repair and remodeling industry, evaluating projects, developing scopes of work and estimates, troubleshooting problems, and completing repairs and installations. At Armani Romeo Home Services, I bring the same attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, and professionalism required to manage million-dollar commercial projects to every customer’s home.
