Introduction: Because we have kept our business small, we are able to take a more personal approach while remaining professional. We aren't interested in always focusing on quantity, instead we strive for the longterm customers, the referrals and repeat business. Quality over quantity! Because we are smaller, we do our own work, if there's a concern, we find a resolution. We take pride in what we do because our name is on it! We've kept it small in order to keep it more personal! I enjoy taking an old or dirty floor and transforming it to a new looking floor. I really enjoy meeting new people and having a relationship for years to come! If the job proves to be a challenge, I welcome it. We all love our homes, and places of business. We want them to look and feel good, there's a sense of pride. My job is specifically to treat your floors, which tends to be the main focal point when entering your home or business. Not just appearance but cleanliness. I also have met wonderful people (our customers) some of these customers have been with us since we started, they have watched our kids grow up they see the coupons, and ads with our family pictures on them. This is the kind of relationship we want to build with our customers!

My home is 19 years old. The tile and grout has never been cleaned. My floors were a mess! Some of the grout had come from between the tiles. The previous owners tried to add grout over grout which cracked and didn't take hold. The color of the grout should have been a light tan color. Before Jon came in and did his magic and I do mean magic; my floors were the color of mud....gross looking at first sight. Once Jon was finished cleaning and staining my floors, I felt like I had new floors. They were so clean and bright that I ended up dusting my entire house and just cleaning all over to add to the nice look of my new kitchen floors. He also cleaned and stained my entry way. You know when you buy a new home and you go into each room and look around and admire your new home in satisfaction...well this is how I felt the day of my floors being cleaned and I am still feeling good. Love it! John didn't just tell us how he could clean and stain our floors, he actually gave us a demonstration. We would us Jon's service again and I'm giving him my stamp of approval and so will you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a minimum. My pricing is determined a number of different ways. Depends on many different factors. What services am I providing, how many rooms, amount of square footage, etc. Each job is unique and requires different needs and attention. However I am the owner, I am always willing to work with people!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening! I want to know what exactly the customers expectations are, what services they need, what they are hoping the end result will be. I then explain my process, my opinion, if I'm able to meet their expectations. I offer a free demo, that way we both know what the end result should be.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the floor business and restoration since 1996. I started off running a maintenance crew at Discover Card. I then met someone who became a very good and dear friend to me and my family, I worked for his floor cleaning business before starting my own with my wife. I have taken classes and became certified in flood and water damage as well.
