Vernon responded quickly after I posted on Thumbtack. He came out and did the free estimate that same day. He was honest about my situation requiring poison as the rodents were in a moble home and that his company did not use it. He still took the time to inform me of what kind I could get on Amazon to do it myself. Very awesome, honest, helpful person. I didn't get to hire him for the actual rodent removal, but based on the expertise I would have. His quotes were also way more reasonably priced than other exterminators I got estimates from.

Verner was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful through this whole process. He was on time and the work he performed is clean and professional. We had a problem with pigeons in our patio ceiling and sparrows in our attic and Verner was able to resolve both issues on a Saturday in about 3.5 hours. Would absolutely recommend and hire again!

Exceptional experience. Verner promptly responded to my email, and was quickly at our house to figure out what was going on. He explained what animals were likely in our attic, what he would do to take care of it, and he was very knowledgeable and transparent about the whole process. He's followed up with us multiple times to make sure the problem is taken care of. Highly recommend!

Moving into my new house, lets just say these little critters were not leaving anytime soon. After doing my research and coming across Critter Evictors, I was truly happy they were able to resolve and help me with my little problem.Not only did they answer my questions but reassured me that I wont have this problem and they sealed up any openings. Super responsive, quick, and efficient.I truly will use again when needed and highly recommend esp when you dont want yucky critters uninvited!!
