The team did a great job. They were flexible with start date as I was just purchasing the home and wanted to have painting and other tasks completed prior to the floorinstallation. They showed up on time and completed a skim coat on my floors to level them prior to installing laminate flooring. They did a great job with the full project and I would recommend them to anyone with flooring needs in the area.

We were converting a shower/tub combo to just a shower. We requested three quotes for the tile work through Thumbtack. Arizona Prestige Flooring exceeded our expectations from start to finish! Daniel was extremely professional, he provided us excellent advice and a very fair quote for the work being done. Sylvester, his tiler did an amazing job. Extremely polite and very, very neat. I told Daniel he deserved a raise😊I highly recommend them and would hire them again in a heartbeat!

APF was one of five companies I requested a quote from. They were the first to reply, first to schedule a site walkthrough and the first to provide an estimate. After eliminating less expensive unlicensed, uninsured contractors, I had 2 solid companies to choose from. As we got deeper in the details and a million questions from me, I decided Daniel at APF was exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the process, he answered my questions promptly even at 10pm on a Sunday! This was a pretty big project and we came in on schedule and on budget. I did request some changes alone the way and Daniel was up front with added cost and timing. When picking quartz, Daniel actually told the stone company to share and give me contractor (his) pricing!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to speak on the phone first to learn more about the project. Then we would like to see the project so we can get an exact estimate. Many times it's hard to give an exact estimate over the phone , text, or email without seeing it first. Many times there is extra work needing to be done that we can't see. This is what my customers need to know, I wanna be honest with them so I can eliminate any surprise.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been working for another company for over 5 years and then I started my own business. We have extensive knowledge in sanding, and refinishing and installation.
