- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Conceirge Design Services means I charge hourly. This allows a client to use my services as much or as little as needed. I have packages available that can get us started, starting at $350.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First steps are: 1) :20 minute complimentary telephone conversation. This determines if you are the right fit. I do ask you to understand that I respectfully ask for serious inquiries only. 2) In person consultation, at hourly rate mentioned. 3) Proceed with a package detailed for your specific needs. Minimum charge of $350.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a diverse background but have over 25 years experience with developing properties and managing all the interior and exterior finishes. Brick, stone, wood flooring, tile, bath fixtures, appliances, paint colors - you name it!
