- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Couples' dinners are typically priced all-inclusively. Small Parties: the price is based on the cost per person + the amount for groceries. Large events: Price is typically all-inclusive with a minimum amount based on your desired type of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Booking is very simple 1. schedule a complimentary call to discuss the details of your event. 2. I will create the perfect menu and service options to suit your needs and preferences. 3. You approve the final details. 4. Secure the date with a deposit. 5. Relax and enjoy the experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I refined my skills in the kitchens of Morimoto Napa, Bottega Yountville, and the 3-Michelin-star Saison and Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, as well as Roka Akor. My craft was shaped alongside some of the world’s most celebrated chefs and elevated further as a Wine Experience Chef at Silver Oak Winery, where I learned the art of pairing from Napa Valley’s top sommeliers.
