What do you enjoy about the work you do?
I love to create! My job allows me to explore so many aspects of, not only the baking world, but the sugar sculpting world as well! When everything comes together, it turns out to be a delicious and beautiful piece of art. It is truly a pleasure to be able to create something new and different every day. I love to see my clients happy and I try to give my all to each project in order to best serve my clients!
