- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take the time to figure out exactly what you need to create custom packages at a rate you can afford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for you to set up an appointment (virtual, phone, or in person) so we can talk and make sure we quote you for the services you truly need. After the meeting, you will receive a quote within 48 business hours, once that is signed we will send the agreement and a list of items to get started with in 24 business hours. We will begin work once the retainer fee, signed agreement and required documents are received.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree in accounting and general business, as well as QuickBooks online and desktop proadviser.
