I don’t usually leave reviews, but the experience I had with this HVAC company really stood out. From the very first phone call, everything was handled professionally. The technician showed up right on time which, let’s be honest, is rare these days and was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable.
They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything in plain terms, with no pressure or upselling. What really impressed me was their transparent pricing. I would like to thank Lucas of Chillax and Vent HVCA for a job well done. Our ac went out with it being in the 90’s needless to say we didn’t sleep last night. Lucas showed up on time and had it fixed in a couple hours. Such a professional and generally kind young man.
