- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Asking for VINs (this ensures we locate the correct part. Since every vehicle regardless of year, make, or model have approximately 3-8 different windshield sizes). 2. Current damage size, previous installs, and future maintenance. 3. Provide an accurate quote based off of glass, labor, and supplies. 4. Get you scheduled, and get your vehicle back to factory safety standards 👍

2 years in auto glass customer service/CCR 8 years in auto glass installation
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Throughout high school I worked as a CCR for Safelite Autoglass (2015-2018). After being successful in sales, I always wanted to try my hand in installation given that I already loved working on my own vehicle. Once I started I loved it. Being able to meet and help new people every day still excites me. Like every job, there’s good and bad but problem solving and tackling new challenges has always been something I was talented at.
