Quick to respond and communicated everything with us. He was extra caring when he was about to start making sure he wouldn’t scare any kids.

Josh was absolutely fantastic to work with. His communication was exceptional from start to finish—clear, responsive, professional, and always courteous. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and made sure I never felt like I was left wondering what was happening or what to expect next.

What stood out most was how genuinely respectful and helpful he was. Josh was patient, attentive, and incredibly easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent customer service with such strong communication skills.
