FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat fees are available for most cases and we tell you how much total fees will be before you hire us - our fee agreement spells out all fees and costs. In reorganization cases, you pay just a portion of your fees to make initial filings and get court protection in place, then any additional costs are paid through your reorganization plan. Substantial savings are available if you have internet access, a printer and a scanner, which will save time, travel and money in the process of resolving all your outstanding debt.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with the free initial phone consultation, which typically takes about an hour. We gather information about our client's financial affairs and then advise about debt solutions including bankruptcy. When there's an emergency, like garnishment, repossession or foreclosure, we can file your case and get you protected in as little as an hour. If you have internet access, a printer and a scanner, all the paper work can be completed by telephone and internet. We offer payment plans to make the process affordable and appointments are available every weekday, late days and even weekends. You have a direct line and deal directly with your attorney, no voice mail, no paralegals, no sales people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a graduate of the University of Kentucky and admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Arizona, Kentucky, Georgia and Tennessee with over twenty years experience and thousands of successful cases filed for thousands of satisfied clients. I have been a speaker for the State Bar of Arizona at training seminars and educational presentations for other lawyers. I authored and produced a series of short video animation that explain basic concepts in bankruptcy and debt resolution.
