Ariano & Reppucci, PLLC
It’s free with no obligation to hire
Introduction: As a small business owner, I have taken the time to ask past and current clients about what they want in an attorney. The top two answers I receive are cheaper rates and better communication. So I have given my clients what they asked for - I do both. While I have paralegals and assistants on staff, I handle my own communication with clients. This means that when a client e-mails or calls with a question or concern, I am the one that is personally responding. I am even available evening and weekends. I try to provide the most competitive legal fees in Arizona. In addition, I am always open to discussing flexible payment options and a reduction in fees. All you have to do is ask.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? These days, most attorneys offer free consultations in which clients can meet with their potential attorney to discuss the facts of their case. I strongly recommend you take advantage of this. For only a short time lost, you can meet with one or many attorneys until you find someone that you are comfortable with. I also recommend asking every attorney the following two questions. The first is whether their fees are flexible and if they will match the price of a local competitor. The second is the average amount of time it takes them to return a phone call or e-mail. The first question may just save you some money and the second will ensure you and your attorney have the same expectations.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?I wish my clients knew that their struggles are my struggles. When you hire me as an attorney, my goal is to alleviate your stress by taking it on as my own. I cannot tell you how many nights I have gone without sleep in an attempt to address some sort of legal emergency.
