- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My office has a "Power Bankruptcy" payment plan that allows most people to get their bankruptcy filed for $199 down. Once the initial filing is done, the creditors stop calling and I can pause most lawsuits. That gives my clients a breather to be able to start the payment plan for the rest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do an initial intake to find out what the trouble is and what the client wants to accomplish. Then I analyze the situation and review any documents that the clients has. i give the client his or her options and choices in the situation, and asses the likelihood that each option will help the client.
