- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat $99 diagnostic fee — that's it to get a tech on-site and a full assessment of your system. The fee is waived completely if you hire us. Before we touch anything, you'll receive upfront, flat-rate pricing for the full repair. No hourly billing, no surprise charges, no "we'll see when we get there." We also offer financing on system replacements and 10% off for first-time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First call or booking, we learn what's going on with your system and get a same-day or next-day appointment scheduled. When our tech arrives, they do a full diagnostic, then walk you through exactly what's wrong, what it costs to fix it, and what your options are — before starting any work. Once you approve, we get it done. Most repairs are completed same visit. After the job, you receive documentation of the work and warranty coverage in writing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every Air Army technician has graduated from an accredited technical school with a specialization in HVAC systems and refrigeration. All techs hold active EPA 608 certification and have received manufacturer-specific training directly from the brands we install and service — including Bosch, Trane, Rheem, and Carrier. Our license (ROC #361408) is verified through the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
