Our repair work is priced on a flat-rate, so the customer never has to worry about going over the estimate. We provide clear, upfront pricing that includes everything needed to complete the job before we start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love new customers! We will spend time learning your short and long-term goals, as well as budget and work together to make it all happen! We will provide several options as well as give suggestions or recommendations to help you get the best our of your system.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians have graduated from a technical school with specialization in HVAC systems and refrigeration. Additionally, our technicians have received certifications directly from our equipment manufacturers on installation and repair techniques.
