"I had a fantastic experience with Neal W from Air Lilly. After my 2019 HVAC stopped cooling, another company told me I needed a $689 control board or a $3,985 full replacement. I reached out on Thumbtack for a second opinion, and Neal responded immediately.
Unlike others who asked endless questions or pushed options, Neal was direct and came out within 1.30 hours. He was incredibly thorough, checking the outside unit and the attic furnace. He quickly discovered the control board was actually fine—the real issue was a cable short and a faulty Ecobee thermostat.

After dealing with another frustrating HVAC company for 1 month trying to get my furnace fixed, I finally found a reputable company to get the job done. I had one estimate prior to Air Lily and that company was ridiculous. Then Air Lily showed up and really took the time to show me videos of my equipment in the attic and how botched it was and inefficient from previous HVAC company. Their price was fair, the quality of work they did was the best I've seen. I have deleted my old HVAC company and will only use Air Lily from here out.

AirLily made the whole process easy and stress-free. Communication was clear from the start, and everything was explained without pressure or upselling.

They completed a full AC maintenance, replaced the capacitor, installed a compressor saver start kit, added insulation, and thoroughly cleaned both the indoor air handler and outdoor condenser. The system is running great and feels ready for the next summer season.
