I have to say that Michael is a wonderful attorney. He knows the law and kept me inform with every step. He even looked out for the welfare of my wife and informed her that she needed legal representative. Most attorneys wouldn't have cared what happened to my wife but that wasn't the case with Michael. I appreciate everything he done during this case and the time he spent. He is worth every penny spent and if I would ever need legal representation again he is the man I will use. In reference the review that someone wrote on July 2, 2014: I feel that you also need to be active with your case and when he informs you that he needs to meet with you, then it would be a good idea to do so. So many people will hire an attorney and then say there you go defend me. It is true they are representing you but on the other hand you need to be active in your own case. After my initial consult I never had to meet with Michael face to face. Our conversations was via email or phone. I don't understand why someone would feel that an appointment with your attorney in which you could go to jail wouldn't be important.

What do you look for when you are hiring the best? I personally look for a person I can relate to, someone professional, someone who has the credentials and the experience to back it up. But overall I look for someone who can get the job done. If you are looking for someone to help you get through your legal issues, look no further than Michael Souccar. He was great, attentive, and easy to get a hold of. Michael Souccar and his staff are very professional, and best of all Mr. Souccar got the job done. I was looking at doing some major time after my second DUI (Extreme DUI). Michael Souccar fought for me and brought it down to just some fines and 48hours of jail time. I would not have been able to do this without him. Even the judge told me how lucky I was. I placed my life on Michael Souccars hands and he did not let me down. I will recommend him to anyone.

Michael really knows the law well and I was more than satisfied with his representation when I got my DUI. He asked the right questions and filed motions right away and reached out to get all the information needed to assist in my case. He was always responsive to my questions and handled everything in a very timely manner. He and his office staff were always extremely professional . I highly recommend Michael.
