- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As attorneys, we are required to undergo continuing legal education every year. This allows us to stay up to date on the most recent legal opinions and laws that affect our clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While working as prosecutors, we found that oftentimes the people we were prosecuting felt we were providing them with more information about their case than their defense attorney. We saw an opportunity to start our own firm and provide people with the service they deserved to help them reach their goals in their criminal cases. That was the basis for starting AM Law.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important thing to look for in hiring an attorney is whether or not you have a personal connection with that attorney. You will be relying on your attorney to advise you on some of the most important decisions you will make in your life. You must hire an attorney whose advice you trust and who can help you through making those decisions.
