- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge a flat fee for a charge. That fee depends on how complicated the case is. In most major felony cases we charge a trial fee of $2500.00-$3000.00 per day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and I attend seminars on various aspects of Criminal Defense. I am required to attend 15 hours a year, buy I attend much more.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working as a salesperson. I went back to school later in life and attended Arizona State University and studied Communication with an emphasis on persuasion. Upon graduation I was either going to be a jury consultant or go to law school. Law school won out and now I argue to the jury.
