- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees provide an intense and thorough effort to defend you and to communicate with you regularly so you understand the process. Our fees are not the lowest, because excellent service you can trust requires our time and effort.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new client calls the office and speaks with an attorney about their case, and gets all their initial questions answered. All hiring documents and payments are typically finished by the customer from a phone or computer. The day you become part of the Grand Canyon Law Group defense, your file is given to your legal team and you will receive welcome information and set an appointment with your assigned attorney to discuss your case and determine strategy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Grand Canyon Law Group is formed around former prosecutors who use their understanding of both sides of the system to do the work necessary in a case to get the best outcome. All attorneys are licensed in Arizona and information about each attorney is available.
