Criminal Defense Attorney
Ashelee responded quickly, gave responses we could understand to our questions, met with us the same day, had a strategy and plan ready to go to help us with our case; we were also considering Cary Lackey but went with Ashelee instead

Ashelee, was an outstanding attorney who was able to get my misdemeanor's dropped and stays connected through the whole court process. Would highly recommend Weeks Law.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? In criminal cases, my fees are bifurcated. This means I charge a flat fee to handle your case up to trial. If your case proceeds to trial, another flat fee will be charged. The advantage to the bifurcated flat-fee system is that you pay one fee, no matter the amount of work I put into your case. Moreover, you only pay for a trial if your case goes to trial. Trial is your decision. Thus, you have a large amount of control over the expense of your case. Most importantly, I offer affordable payment plans. I strive to work within your budget as I believe everyone deserves competent and experienced representation.
