FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, establishing initial contact through phone, email, or in person. Then, gather information about the electrical issue or project the customer need assistance with. Next, we schedule a site visit to assess the situation in person. During the visit, we will evaluate the electrical systems, identify any potential problems, and provide an estimate for the work required. Once the customer agrees to the estimate, we’ll proceed with scheduling the actual work. Prior to starting the project, we make sure to outline the timeline, materials, and any potential disruptions to the customer's daily routine. During the project, we communicate regularly with the customer to keep them updated on the progress. Upon completion of the work, we conduct a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure their satisfaction. Address any concerns the customer might have and provide them with information on how to properly maintain the electrical systems. Finally, we issue an invoice for the completed work and discuss any follow-up services if needed. Most importantly, we believe building a positive working relationship with new customers involves clear communication, professionalism, and ensuring their electrical needs are met safely and effectively.
