I sought legal help from ATTORNEY David Mize for a complex and financially significant probate matter involving my father with limited capacity. This case involves large sums of money because the person involved is a multimillionaire, making the stakes very high for him. From the start, I struggled to present my case clearly, and Mr. Mize described me as scattered. As the attorney and professional, I expected him to guide me patiently and help organize the informationnot dismiss my concerns.Instead, he encouraged me to file the case myself without providing meaningful assistance or explanation, effectively leaving me to navigate this serious legal issue alone. For a client facing a complicated trust ty dispute with large financial stakes, that is unacceptable service and falls short of ethical standards I expected from a licensed attorney.I value honesty and straightforwardness, which initially drew me to him, but legal representation requires much more than just honestyit demands diligence, support, and competent advocacy. To be told to go to court and file by myself felt dismissive and neglectful given the nature of my case.If you are looking for an attorney to lead you professionally through difficult legal matters, I would urge caution.
