I had tile installed throughout 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and my kitchen. Josh and Haley were incredible throughout the process. They were kind, got the work done quickly, and efficiently. They even worked with me as I needed to move my dogs from room to room. They did the kitchen in a way that the dogs always had a path to the backyard. My AC broke in the middle of the project and they continued to work through the heat and work around the AC installers when I had it replaced. I had them do my closet organizers as well and that turned out just as incredible. I also have a kitchen reface planned with them and a backyard project. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They are awesome, professional, and do quality work.

Joshua arrived on time, and started our project right away. He patched our drywall, painted the repaired areas and installed the kitchen light perfectly. I will definitely use him again for several future projects.

Black Tie provided a very competitive quote and demonstrated exceptional patience as we took our time selecting paint and wallpaper. Despite being outside the original quote window, they graciously honored the price, which we really appreciated. The team was punctual and kept their word on completing the job within three days, even though I didn’t initially order enough wallpaper. Once I finally received the last two panels, they promptly returned to finish the job without hesitation, despite it being a small task and payment already settled. This level of professionalism and integrity truly stood out. I highly recommend Black Tie and am looking forward to having them work on more projects for us in the near future
