- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer many different discounts - first responder, active military, veteran - we definitely support and protect those who have done the same for us. We also always have a promotional free item with every alarm system sold - just make sure to ask what this months special is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand budget is always important to a customer. In order to make sure the customer knows the actual cost of a project we want to set up a free site visit and evaluation. This allows us to give a firm price that the customer knows will be the actual price. We dont like to low bid a project and then add a bunch of charges later due to a site unseen bid. Once there is an agreed upon price, we ask for a 50% deposit to begin the project. From there we order all hardware and set up a schedule. Final billing is issued upon completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend all of the newest training offered by all of our hardware manufacturers, as well as annual refreshers. We carry certifications on all equipment. We aren't able to provide the level of customer support we strive for if we don't maintain our certifications.
