Sometimes I have a helper. Presently I'm focusing on move out customers and one time cleanings. Yes I can be available for regular cleaning. Hours 10.am to 8pm can do some weekens. However, I used to hate it because I would work Monday through Friday and spend all day Saturday cleaning then Sunday I had laundry and grocery shopping, plus I had a huge lawn to mow sometime over the weekend. I like to be flexable. I guarantee my work if something has been missed or not done to your satisfaction just let me know please. I'll take care of it right away and even come back at no additional charge . I strive for your aporoval. My service is personalized, compassionate and consistent . I clean responsibly and enter and exit and locke up on my own. I have weekly clients that I assist in their homes a number of duties. My rates are still below average. Extremely affordable rates! I love my customers, kids and pets. I love special projects and do commercial and post construction cleaning too. Can utilize a paint brush or drill for minor fixes. Tammy was great to work with, and Shanna was really hard working,she went above and beyond;our area rugs haven't looked that good in quite a while. The rate was reasonable with the extra cost for oven cleaning. It's nice to have that freshly cleaned house smell. We had hiccups getting started originally but our job was handled professionally and we would use them again.

Tammy was incredibly thorough. She paid special attention to detail on the locations that needed the most deep cleaning. We have a dog that sheds, so that can be a particularly daunting job. She was also very kind and had a positive attitude.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to charge more for the first clean sometimes the second and once it's covered all the bases light fixtures, blinds and of course bathroom build up. I adjust prices for reoccurring clients especially weekly, there is less buildup of dirt and dust, so that they can better afford cleaning services. I want fully satisfied clients and I want to feel like I'm getting paid what I'm worth and appreciated. I'm looking for a win-win situations. life is stressful at times enough and I don't want it either one of us to be uncomfortable or disappointed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In general the 1st time in a home takes longer after that the time will be reduced 1 to 3 hours for regularly scheduled cleaning. Twice monthly recommended for adults and weekly for busy families with children and pets. I understand these demands and I'm here to support you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years experience. when I dust I also dust picture frames and nick nacks.
