Very knowledgeable, great explanation of how the body works and reacts to attacks and defense. Great training to gain strength and know how very quickly. New strengths in controlling adrenaline, temper and energy.

After taking Grand Master David Schwartz's class for self defense ,i can highly recommend this corse , I have to admit I was a little sceptical of the promised results that David claimed , it has proveen to me to be as much and more then he said it would do for me.

I found this one hour class to be totally amazing! I feel like I'll be completely able to defend myself for the rest of my life. Why take years of self defense when you can learn everything you need in one lesson. I was very skeptical but Grand Master David made me a true believer! I urge every male and female to take this class.

After I spoke with david Schwartz on the phone today we set a time to meet in a few hours to actually talk to each other about my goals. Not only was david listening to everything I said but he actually understood what I was saying. It has been about 10 years since I stopped taking Martial Arts lessons because it seemed the instructors were more interested in my money than teaching me. David and I actually got on the mats and worked on a few basic moves that taught me more in one hour than I learned in month's from other instructors. When I was 18, someone was picking on a friend of mine. I told him if he wants to fight do me. Just then the cops came and everyone left. I was told lucky I didn't fight. He was a Black Belt and would of kicked my ass. After that I joined Kung Fu Monastery and learned things that changed my life
