FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on current market conditions for materials. We've seen some increases when tariffs were implemented and some things have leveled off. Pergola materials and BBQ appliances have seen the biggest increases. We manage our costs and obviously do this to make a profit. We're not the most expensive company out there but we're certainly not the cheapest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to discuss the project over the phone first and set a time to meet in person. There is no cost to meeting in person and this gives us an opportunity to view the property in person, take measurements and discuss all of the options available. Next steps would be putting a plan/design together and an itemized estimate of the overall project. This could take just a few days to a week depending on the size and scope of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in the industry for over 10yrs. I've obtained my state and tradesman licensing through the contractor's school in Phoenix. I started out in the field as a laborer and material runner and worked my way up to superintendent for my previous company. I've run jobs of all sizes and worked with the city on permitting and engineering companies for more complex projects. I have designers and installers with me that have over 30+ years of experience. Collectively we bring a lot of different skill sets to the table to help make the process a smooth one and deliver a beautiful landscape.
