What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the intro call we explore what the client is interested in achieving and then brainstorm a few ideas for action. Once we have a clear idea of where the client's goals, we schedule on-going sessions to develop a solid plan, track results, celebrate successes and encourage continuous improvement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Transformational Life Coach, Business Coach, BS in Business Management, Masters of Business Administration. Over 30 years of business management/development experience in aerospace, information technology and education.

$85/hr. Phone or Skype sessions, $95/hr. in-person. Discounts available for prepaid sessions of two or more.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I transitioned from years of developing self-directed, self-motivated employees and found a path to extend those skills to individual clients through the country.
