Q. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A. During the intro call we explore what the client is interested in achieving and then brainstorm a few ideas for action. Once we have a clear idea of where the client's goals, we schedule on-going sessions to develop a solid plan, track results, celebrate successes and encourage continuous improvement.

A. Certified Transformational Life Coach, Business Coach, BS in Business Management, Masters of Business Administration. Over 30 years of business management/development experience in aerospace, information technology and education.

A. $85/hr. Phone or Skype sessions, $95/hr. in-person. Discounts available for prepaid sessions of two or more.

A. I transitioned from years of developing self-directed, self-motivated employees and found a path to extend those skills to individual clients through the country.
