Marc Wolf from Baxter's Rooter and Drain came by to give me a free bid and went ahead and stayed to do all the work. He updated the shut-off valve and pipes under my kitchen sink, replacing the 46-year-old galvanized lines and recalled polybutylene lines. Afterwards, he vacuumed out the entire area. Next, he replaced the leaking fill valve in my toilet and cleaned up the area there also. Finally, he moved the HVAC drain to the outside of my home, so that it was no longer draining onto the sill. I was impressed by his professionalism and his pride in his work. If I have any other plumbing work in the future, I'd hire Marc.

We are so grateful to the crew at Baxter (special shout-out to Mark) for coming to our home on a Sunday to help us with our flood. The service was the most thorough and professional we've received. They worked fast, did an incredible and probably the most extensive job on our plumbing, and did so in a cost-effective way. Trenton the owner has been around construction his entire life as his father owned a construction company and built many housing developments in the Nw. He got started plumbing fulltime in 2005 and has worked at multiple plumbing company's from big to small before opening up his own shop to create a better quality of plumbers and drain repair technicians

We work with all kinds of clients being residential and commercial
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
That you should go with a contractor that you trust! Of course pricing should always come in to account but shouldn't always be the determining factor. Your home is your biggest investment therefore you should always have someone that you trust working on it.
