- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am someone who is open to negotiation, I want to make sure the price is fair, and they are paying for what they get. My #1 goal is to make sure the customer is satisfied with the photo service I am providing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to coordinate with the customer to see what type of photos they are looking for. I would really like to make a plan specific with what they are asking for, but there's always room for creativity, which I believe that's how the best photos are made.
