- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote is free, written and itemized after a site visit, so there are no surprise fees. Price depends on square footage, demo or prep, and finish (broom, stamped, decorative, etc.). Our minimum project is $5,000. Payment is a deposit at signing and the balance at completion, or after ever major phase.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You message us, we call within 24-hours, then we visit the site to measure and talk through options. You get a written detailed proposal, we schedule the pour, and we walk the finished job with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring over 50 years of combined concrete experience and have completed more than 100 projects, with every job starting from a solid, well-engineered slab designed for Arizona’s extreme heat and monsoon runoff. AZ ROC#366061. Licensed, Bonded, Insured.
